ORDER & SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

  1. Order Confirmation:
    Once you place an order online, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please review it carefully to ensure the address and items are correct. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately using our form here.

  2. Address & Item Accuracy:
    It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure that both the address and items in the order are accurate. If a change is needed, please reach out to us right away. Note: some changes may require us to cancel and refund your order, allowing you to reorder with the correct details.

  3. Incorrect Address or Items Due to Customer Error:
    Orders shipped to an incorrect address or with incorrect items due to customer error (e.g., missing apartment or unit numbers) will not be reshipped or refunded. However, if the carrier returns the order to us in good condition, we will issue a refund, minus a $6.95 shipping fee.

  4. Shipping Confirmation:
    When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with shipping confirmation. Please note that once this email is sent, changes to your order can no longer be made.

  5. Out-of-Stock Items:
    If an item in your order is out of stock, we’ll notify you as soon as possible regarding any delays.

  6. Order Cancellation:
    Dallis Bros. Coffee reserves the right to cancel orders when necessary. Cancellations may occur for reasons such as items being out of stock or discontinued, pricing errors, or invalid shipping addresses.


Shipping Policy & Rates

  1. Shipping Locations:
    We currently ship only to valid U.S. addresses.

  2. Shipping Options:
    At checkout, you’ll have the option to choose a guaranteed UPS Ground shipment.

  3. Order Processing Time:
    Most orders are packed and shipped within 2 business days. However, please check your order confirmation for any exceptions. Note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and once an order leaves our facility, we have no control over shipping speeds.

  4. Holiday Notice:
    During peak holiday season (November and December), shipping carriers often experience higher volumes, which may result in tracking errors or delays. For the fastest update on a delayed shipment, please reach out directly to the carrier.


Return Policy

At Dallis Bros. Coffee, we want you to be fully satisfied with our products.

  1. Eligibility for Replacement:
    Orders with damaged, missing, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement if reported within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Customer Error:
    Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error (e.g., missing apartment or unit numbers) or orders containing products mistakenly ordered by the customer cannot be reshipped or refunded.

  3. Customer Preference:
    Orders cannot be returned or refunded due to personal preference once they have been shipped.

  4. Opened Products:
    For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

  5. Return Authorization:
    Returns are accepted only with prior authorization. Please contact us first to arrange any returns.
